1. 将压缩文件解压到当前目录，得到hand_dataset文件夹
2. 在该目录下执行converter.py，生成images、labels文件夹和train.txt、valid.txt文件
3. 新建oxfordhand.names文件，记录类别名称信息
4. 该目录下有images、labels、converter.py、oxfordhand.names、train.txt、valid.txt、readme.md共7个文件，可以删掉其他文件
